"Since we moved into our beautiful house we have been desperate to update our en-suite bathroom – the blue mosaic tiles that dated back over 20 years and a blue corner bath that dominated the room just had to go. There was no toilet or vanity, just a great big hideous corner bath. As the whole project had been put in the “too difficult pile” we just closed the door and pretended the room didn’t exist. After nearly 2 years we eventually decided it was time to try and find the right person for the project.
We had several quotes, but we were looking for someone with vision, who could help us decide what to do with the bathroom as it was such an awkward shape. When Aaron came round to quote we were confident that he was right for the job – he explained how he would protect the bedroom and the rest of the house from any damage – and helped us envisage the final layout by giving us helpful and realistic ideas. We pretty much knew who we would choose before the final quotes had been provided.
Before the work started, Aaron explained the timescales to us and communicated well with us throughout the job. When our vanity order was delayed, Aaron changed his timetables to suit, and the whole job was made very stress free for us.
Our finished bathroom is so much better than we ever imagined it could be! It is just beautiful. The standard of workmanship was fantastic, with all of the tradesmen being experts and carrying out their work to an extremely high standard. We would highly recommend Hennessy Building Projects to anyone needing building work or renovations."

"It's been a couple of months since you completed the last project for us so I thought I would take a moment to provide you with a little feedback.
The washroom that you converted into a furniture store has been a great success. We've been able to consolidate a number of 'mini storerooms' (under buildings) into one location. This has enabled the teaching staff to be able to access larger desks and chairs as their students grow throughout the year. Many of them have commented on the excellent condition and cleanliness of this store. I have to say that you have relieved me from quiet an onerous task in climbing under buildings to source furniture for teachers.
The old hat room that you converted into two teacher's storerooms and a small reading area has been particularly successful. Both teachers are enjoying the convenience and size of their own storage spaces and the reading room is put to good use every morning by our parent helpers who assist us each day. A number of comments have been made about the quality of the work. Teachers in adjacent rooms are quite envious and we will need to talk to you about the next two classrooms as soon as funding becomes available.

"I first engaged Ray Gallo and Aaron Hennessy from Hennessy Building Projects in 2007 to look at the possibility of redeveloping a mezzanine storage level in our premises at Waterloo, and converting it into a functional design space which would connect to our existing offices. I had a clear picture in regards to what I wanted to achieve and as to what the finished project should look like, but was unable to solve many of the associated construction problems such as varying ceiling heights, sloping walls, access etc, etc, After consulting with Ray and Aaron the construction took place in 2008.
It became very clear to me from the outset that both of them took enormous pride in their work, and the importance to them that the finished job would be something to be proud of did not go unnoticed. As things progressed and challenges needed to be solved, the process of consultation and variety of options to fit within our budget was always very clear and precise. At no time was i left to feel that the choices i was forced to make because of budget constraints would in anyway effect the quality of workmanship or final overall appearance of the finished job. Everything would be made to look good, and being in the fashion industry this consideration was always paramount.
The project was completed both on time and within budget, and the pleasing, creative and accommodating approach they took to their work , has led to further consultation with Hennessy Projects about the complete renovation of our remaining offices using a planned and progressive approach, so work can be carried out to fit into the busy nature of our business keeping disruption to a minimum.
Their proven ability to finish jobs on time has given me the confidence to undergo further renovations in this manner, which in turn has eased the financial pressure of undergoing a major renovation refit at one time.
